The Cereal Milk Lactomel Challenge
Mead Stampede organizers will brew up a special batch of mead featuring cereal and milk. Here’s the challenge: we just gave you the ingredients, but not the recipe. You brew with these ingredients – trying your best to guess what the Cattle Battle Challenge mead tastes like. Whichever entry gets the closest in flavor to the official brew will be declared the winner!
When will the cereal be added? What cereal – maybe Fruity Pebbles, Cocoa Puffs, Raisin Bran? What strength – hydromel, standard, or sack. One big hint: we will use a VERY common cereal, nothing offbeat or obscure.
This category is open to all entrants and will be judged with a standard score sheet. However, only the mead CLOSEST in flavor to our official brew will be the winner!
