Since our inaugural year, Mead Stampede has been a “virtual” competition. While judges judged in-person, we greatly limited exposure by not holding any public events. But in 2023, that all changed.
For 2025, we will again be hosting The Jamboree, our in-person awards ceremony here in Oklahoma City.
During the Jamboree, we will have an extensive bottle share event, featuring styles and selections that run the gamut of meads. More details to come!
The Jamboree will feature a light dinner, totally free of charge to attendees.

Mead Judging
July 10th, 2025 from 9am-6pm
Open to invited parties only.
Sixteen judges will judge hundreds of mead entries and select the winners for each category. Winners will be announce the following day.
The Jamboree – Awards Ceremony
July 11th, 2025 from 7-10pm

This lively bash will feature complimentary dinner and drinks (first come first served) and a live presentation of awards by Man Made Mead, Doin’ the Most, and FaeWood Mead. Don’t miss it!
